Constant Holley and Elmer MacRaeCurator: Karen Frederick May 11 - September 4, 2005 The exhibition brought together flower paintings and woodcarvings of Elmer MacRae and the floral arrangements of Constant Holley MacRae, preserved in vintage photographs. From their marriage in 1900 until Elmer's death in 1953, they lived in The Old House (today called the Bush-Holley House), sharing a love of the House and surrounding gardens.
This exhibition was underwritten by gifts to the Greenwich Historic Trust by Mr. & Mrs. Thomas P. Clephane and Mr. & Mrs. George E. Crapple.
